1) Invictus

The inspiring true story of how Nelson Mandela (Morgan Freeman)joins forces with the captain of the South African rugby team in an effort to win the World Cup.

2) Erin Brokovitch

Julia Roberts plays the real Erin Brokovitch,a brassy single mum of three who wangles her way into working for a local law firm. When she uncovers that a giant power company has knowingly polluted a whole town with carcinogenic chemicals she is determined to do everything in her power to nail them.

3) Coach Carter

A true story about Matt Carter who takes over as basketball coach at the toughest of schools - Richmond High. The kids there have nothing to live for. Most fail their exams and fail at life...

Despite all the odds he is determined to turn them around.

4) Field Of Dreams

Kevin Costner responds to voices he hears and dreams of building a baseball pitch in his cornfields.

5) Chariots Of Fire

The true story of Eric Liddell , a devout Scottish Christian and Harold Abrahams an English Jew training for the 1924 Olympics...

A young lawyer takes on the case of a black man accused of raping a white southern lady and despite the most severe of racial prejudice does everything in his power to try to win the case.

14) A Beautiful Mind

Nobel prize winning mathematician John Nashes true story of how he battles with schizophrenia and courageously seeks to re establish his academic respect and recognition when all was lost.

15) Pay It Forward

A young child, encouraged by his teacher, has the goal to change the world. His idea is to be kind to three people. He then encourages those three to pay it forward and be kind to three more...

16) The Bucket List

Two men meet undergoing cancer treatment. They embark on a journey together with the goal of doing as many things on their 'wish list' before they die.

17) Groundhog Day
