Kinsale House Continued...

The Garden

Ard Na Greine sits on a site which is .44 hectare.

However, it doesn't feel like it - it feels much much bigger!!

The front driveway leads up to a very large gravelled parking area - easily parking six plus cars.

A large field lies directly to the back of the house. This is where our neighbours, a dozen fine horses, graze.

To the east of the house and easily viewed from the huge glass walls in the kitchen is another large strip of ground, kept as an access point from Compass Hill to the fields behind the house but never used in practise.

There are two very large lawns - an upper lawn adjacent to the field and a lower lawn runnning across the front of the property.

The front of the property has 180 degree views looking out over the magnificent natural beauty of Kinsale harbour, Charlesfort and the Bandon River.

Watch through the glass walls, sit on the outdoors balcony or sit on the upper lawn.

Night-time

At night-time again, the house looks beautiful. Lit up against the dark skies, it looks very much like a piece of modern art just like all bespoke designed Davinci homes.
